I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS), and Board Certified Diplomate (BCD). I do this work because I understand how heavy life can feel when you’re carrying everything and still expected to function like you’re okay.
I specialize in addiction and substance use recovery, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, and trauma. Whether I’m working with children, teens, or adults, my focus is helping you make sense of what you’ve been through and giving you real tools to move forward. With children, I use play therapy to help them express what they don’t yet have the words for, build emotional safety, and develop healthy coping skills.
My approach blends psychodynamic therapy with evidence-based practices, but more than anything—it’s real, direct, and grounded in connection. This is a space where you don’t have to have it all together. We’ll figure it out, one step at a time.
I offer individual therapy, group counseling, family sessions, and clinical supervision. My goal is to create a compassionate, culturally responsive, and empowering space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe in meeting people where they are and walking beside them on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and sustained growth.
